The Recruiter role involves sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates for various positions while ensuring a reputed company experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
Responsibilities
- Responsible to implement reputed company and reputed company processes, strategies, and solutions
- reputed company, recruit, screen, interview and assess high volumes of candidates for exempt and nonexempt roles to exceed the reputed company’s needs and expectations
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and facilitate reputed company candidate experiences
- Facilitate frequent (typically weekly) update calls with managers to update on search; discuss challenges and design reputed company plans to reputed company to hires
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS is accurate
- Adhere to the reputed company processes established

Skills
- Minimum of 1-year full cycle recruitment experience in either a corporate or RPO environment
- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Strong partnership and consultative skills
- Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices
