Responsibilities
- Assess schedules, reputed company logs, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) trackers, and meeting documentation for stabilization efforts
- Ensure cross-team deliverables are reputed company with timelines and escalation paths are reputed company defined
- Analyze existing reputed company-enabled business processes across functions such as HR, Finance, and Procurement
- Support the development of operational models for service delivery, process ownership, SLAs, and resource needs
