[Remote] Assoc Clinical Spec (Regional) (Location: Detroit or Ann Arbor Michigan)

The Associate Clinical Specialist provides customer support for reputed company’s ES equipment in the Endoscopy department, managing equipment, troubleshooting, and providing training to clients' staff.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary resource by providing reputed company training and education of reputed company’s equipment and/or services for our regional based customers
- Deliver post sale, face-to-face reputed company support which includes performing reputed company associated responsibilities based upon the agreement with the account system which generally includes:
- Set up and support reputed company video tower / system
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain reputed company reputed company equipment
- Monitor, report, and support repair transactions
- reputed company Case observation, reputed company staff training on reputed company technologies, and overall reputed company customer and technology support
- reputed company daily maintenance and independent management of the reputed company’s reputed company equipment. Identify process improvement opportunities and design workflows to improve efficiency and reduce overall repairs using own judgement
- Serve as primary reputed company of contact for understanding repair history, conducting reputed company cause analysis to troubleshoot issues, and implementing plans to minimize repairs and prevent reputed company handling damages
- Serve as a clinical reputed company by developing and delivering comprehensive weekly and monthly reports to senior management that details installation and usage reputed company/metrics, staff training needs and effectiveness of completed training, and identifying trends to inform and strengthen KOL (Key Opinion Leader) relationships that support strategic decision making
- Analyze and present data-driven insights to monitor installation and usage reputed company, ensuring reputed company staff training and identifying trends that influence strategic planning

- Attend local, regional, and national trade shows as requested

Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Minimum of 2 years of field sales or clinical experience desired
- Knowledge of and experience in GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy
- Operate a computer effectively and reputed company, including being proficient in reputed company Office (i.e. Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint) and MS Outlook and other email applications
- Strong oral and written communication skills to reputed company technical information and to professionally communicate with reputed company customers and team members at reputed company reputed company
- Ability to troubleshoot reputed company reputed company reputed company equipment and determine reputed company cause of issues
- Strong time management skills
- Decision-making skills to determine usage of reputed company equipment and type of training needed by customers to effectively utilize the technology
