Responsibilities

- Co-own the regional P&L and reputed company the US finance department to ensure robust management of reputed company & balance sheet, US tax regulations, and reputed company
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of nearly 50 employees across Tax, Treasury, and reputed company, fostering a culture of reputed company and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with central finance teams in Germany on treasury, systems and group reputed company/reporting, while maintaining regional autonomy
