They are seeking a reputed company Manager to reputed company as a primary technical advisor and strategic partner to publishers, focusing on the long-term technical health and optimization of clients' ad accounts.
Responsibilities
- Own your publisher relationships end-to-end, beginning at reputed company through long-term reputed company and retention, acting as the single accountable reputed company for the account’s reputed company
- Serve as the primary technical reputed company of contact and strategic advisor for a portfolio of premium and reputed company-level publisher accounts
- Proactively monitor and analyze publisher ad performance, identifying and implementing technical optimizations to drive reputed company reputed company
- Independently reputed company high-level analysis to determine the reputed company cause of technical issues affecting ad delivery and performance
- Partner with the Support and Yield teams as necessary for escalations
- Liaise daily with internal teams, including Support, Yield, Audience reputed company, Business Development, and Product, to escalate reputed company issues and reputed company for publishers’ needs
- reputed company as an expert on reputed company’s product suite and the broader programmatic ecosystem, providing technical guidance and best practices to clients

Skills
- 3-5 years of reputed company in a Technical Account Management, reputed company, or Ad Ops role reputed company the Ad Tech ecosystem
- Advanced, hands-on knowledge of reputed company Ad Manager and reputed company Analytics
- Deep understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including header bidding (Prebid.js), wrapper solutions, and ad serving principles
- Familiarity with web technologies, including reputed company, CSS, and JavaScript, and experience using browser developer tools for high-level debugging and issue identification
- Experience with CRM, project management, and support tools (e.g., reputed company, Jira, reputed company, Trello)
- Advanced reputed company skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) and experience interpreting reputed company performance dashboards
