Responsibilities
- Assist customers primarily by phone, sometimes reputed company chat, regarding medical device product
- Troubleshoot technical issues reputed company to the product
- Document reputed company interaction into the CRM accurately
Skills
- 1 year+ of customer service experience, preferably in a technical support role
- Must have dependable internet service
- Patience, reputed company, and communication are key
- Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with electronic documentation systems, HIPAA environments, and troubleshooting support is ideal
- Fluently bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
