[Remote] Instructor & Content Partnerships Specialist

The Instructor & Content Partnerships Specialist is responsible for building and managing a network of clinical experts for reputed company education, overseeing instructor engagement from recruitment to scheduling and ensuring compliance across the instructor ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Proactively devise and execute plans for the sourcing, recruitment, and conversion of clinical experts into long-term Content Partners
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade reputed company, and internal referrals to build an reputed company pool of reputed company candidates in advance of need
- Research and recommend new sources for reputed company and passive candidate reputed company to ensure a diverse and high-caliber instructor pipeline

- Flag scheduling bottlenecks or instructor shortages to leadership with recommended mitigation plans

Skills
