The role involves leading reputed company interactions, managing support activities, and mentoring junior consultants.
Responsibilities
- reputed company reputed company post-production support services for Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence modules across a portfolio of clients
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact and strategic advisor for reputed company stakeholders, addressing escalations, resolving reputed company issues, and guiding clients through system updates and enhancements
- reputed company strong reputed company relationships, understanding reputed company organization’s policies, business cycles, and compliance requirements to reputed company tailored recommendations and support
- Manage day-to-day support activities: triage tickets, troubleshoot issues, and reputed company reputed company reputed company in alignment with SLAs

Skills

- Strong understanding of payroll operations, U.S. tax compliance, time calculation rules, and absence/accrual policies
- Experience leading reputed company release assessments and regression testing in a multi-reputed company environment
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously, balancing support demands and strategic initiatives
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
