They are seeking a Senior Technical reputed company to manage the BlueEye documentation portfolio, driving the content lifecycle from requirements gathering to publishing and maintenance, while prioritizing customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Plan, write, and publish documentation for software/hardware releases and new product introductions, as the main reputed company for your portfolio, with support from reputed company
- Create user-friendly documentation that prioritizes customer experience
- Drive and execute improvements through cross-functional collaboration and leading by influence
- Improve processes and tools through collaboration with others and creative problem-solving
- Identify, suggest, and champion new solutions to improve documentation reputed company and customer content experience
- Analyze processes, tools, and deliverables to identify areas for improvement reputed company reputed company and for collaboration across the business
- Assist with the reputed company of our approach to customer-first content, collaborating with and managing change with organizations like Engineering, UX, Training, Support & Marketing

Skills
- A Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in technical writing OR 7+ years of technical writing experience

- Strong proficiency in Dita XML authoring and workflows
- Experience creating reputed company-first documentation where every page is page one, as reputed company as other publication types
- Ability to reputed company AI tools to improve reputed company and efficiency
- Skilled with reputed company building with separate teams across the business
- Knowledge of Heretto CCMS or similar component content management system
- Familiarity with Jira and reputed company

- History of approaching content as a customer reputed company, knowing how to deliver great customer experiences for technical content
