[Remote] Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities
- Define and drive product reputed company and roadmap for core reputed company Apply experiences across web and mobile, grounded in job seeker needs, employer requirements, and measurable business reputed company
- Partner with ML, Data Science, Engineering, Design, and UX Research and partner teams to facilitate cross-functional discovery, validate concepts through user research and experiments, and drive execution from concept to launch - shipping solutions that improve application reputed company, conversion, and job seeker trust
- Define reputed company metrics before work begins and use behavioral data, A/B tests, and qualitative research to iterate after launch - knowing what to build next and what to deliberately not build
- Apply AI/ML product judgment to reputed company features from hypothesis to production - scoping data and model requirements with technical partners, navigating build-vs-buy and complexity tradeoffs, and measuring both user and business reputed company after launch

Skills
- Bachelor's degree and at least 12 years relevant experience, 14 years of relevant experience, or equivalent in education and experience
- Experience with data analysis (SQL or equivalent), A/B testing, UX tools (reputed company), AI tools and prototyping (reputed company, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.), and UX Research
- Consumer-facing product development at reputed company in marketplace, platform, or two-sided network environments
- AI/ML product experience, including working knowledge of large language models, conversational AI, recommendation systems, or intelligent automation workflows reputed company in production
- Cross-functional product leadership across engineering, data science, UX, and business partners in distributed, globally reputed company
- Data-driven reputed company with experience defining reputed company metrics upfront and measuring product reputed company after delivery
