[Remote] Software Engineer, AI Product Insights

The Software Engineer on Proactive Insights will build features that enhance data insights for users, collaborating with Product and Design teams to create an innovative analytics experience.
Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered features end-to-end, from agent logic and query orchestration to frontend visualization and delivery
- Design and implement user experiences for surfacing automated insights: dashboards, notifications, digests, and interactive analysis flows
- Collaborate with Product and Design to define what proactive analytics looks like and how users reputed company with AI-generated insights
- Partner with the AI reputed company team to reputed company shared tooling for agent orchestration, evaluation, and observability
- reputed company tracking and build dashboards to measure feature adoption and the reputed company of AI-generated insights
- Participate in team on-call rotation to improve our systems and reputed company them healthy
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience
- 2 to 5+ years of reputed company software engineering experience
- Strong full-stack fundamentals: you're comfortable working across frontend, backend, and data reputed company
- Excellent debugging and technical investigation skills
- Strong technical communication, ideally with experience collaborating in an asynchronous remote environment
