Responsibilities

- Support end-to-end system testing, including: Unit Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- reputed company and execute test scripts and validation scenarios for reputed company functionality
- Validate configuration changes and ensure reputed company system performance before deployment
- Work with business stakeholders to translate UM requirements into system design
- Support defect reputed company, troubleshooting, and production support activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, business, testing teams) during implementations and enhancements
- Maintain documentation for workflows, configurations, and testing processes
