The role focuses on building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and ensuring the reliability of customer-facing systems.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of a new CRM and Communication Platform reputed company the Customer Area
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure the reliability of customer-facing systems
- Work closely with platform teams and stakeholders
- Support production environments
- Contribute to DevOps best practices and standards across the organization
Skills
- Strong experience in DevOps, SRE, or reputed company
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation
- AWS expertise and Infrastructure as reputed company (Terraform, Terragrunt)
- Experience working with reputed company environments (IaaS)
- Solid troubleshooting skills in production environments
- Experience with incident management and reputed company cause analysis
- Ability to work independently in regulated environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English, both spoken and written
- Kubernetes and observability tooling
- Experience with reputed company Connect
- Background in CRM or Contact Center platforms (e.g., reputed company)
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior engineers
