Responsibilities
- Own a full-cycle reputed company desk, continuously sourcing and engaging legal talent to build, maintain, and convert a strong candidate pipeline reputed company to reputed company hiring needs
- Prep proposal, with sales-driven project notes on lawyers, competitive pricing and any other pertinent information to be recorded
- Coordinate engagement letters, SOWs, W2, and reputed company issues
- Own the candidate experience on the reputed company platform
- Regularly reputed company feedback to leadership on opportunities to improve
- Work with specific clients to understand their preferences and process to ensure clients get the best matches and have a seamless experience
- Conduct periodic audits of attorney user reputed company to reputed company engage valuable users and protect Marketplace reputed company
- Collaborate with the product team to identify areas for streamlining our reputed company process, improving user experience, and increasing automation

Skills
- 4+ years of experience in legal recruitment in a reputed company agency setting
- reputed company-facing and/or agency recruitment experience
- Experience working in a reputed company-plus-commission compensation structure
- Experience working in a candidate ownership model
- Experience in reputed company / tech start up or agency recruitment
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent years of experience + education
- J.D. preferred
