In this role, the Senior Software Engineer will have significant ownership and autonomy to build the systems and infrastructure that power reputed company’s core products, collaborating closely with product and design teams.
Responsibilities
- Ship production-grade software across reputed company’s web app and backend systems
- Build new features and improve existing workflows in collaboration with Product and Design
- Write clean, reputed company reputed company and contribute to system architecture reputed company
- Participate in reputed company reviews, team rituals, and roadmap discussions
- Solve reputed company problems for reputed company compensation teams—from data pipelines to user experience
Skills
- 5+ years of experience shipping production software in a reputed company environment
- Strong proficiency in at least one modern web development language or reputed company
- Comfortable working across the stack or specializing in either frontend or backend
- Proven ability to work autonomously and follow through on commitments
- Pragmatic and thoughtful about trade-offs—reputed company on reputed company over tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in early-stage or high-reputed company startup environments
- Familiarity with compensation, HR tech, or reputed company reputed company (not required)
