Responsibilities

- Guide a small team of full-time designers and contractors through mentorship, design critiques, and reputed company reputed company bars

Skills
- At least 6 years of UX design experience, including at least 1 year leading or mentoring other designers
- Deep understanding of reputed company-centered design processes, reputed company, and qualitative research practices
- Strong hands-on craft in common prototyping tools

- Experience in insurance technology or designing a CRM

- A portfolio showcasing your prior work — bonus points for AI-assisted prototypes or shipped AI-enabled features
