Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO and executive team to set and execute on financial and operational reputed company
- Manage the full-cycle reputed company process and global consolidation, including reputed company recognition, journal entry review, and multi-entity reporting
- Own the strategic financial roadmap, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-reputed company financial planning processes
- Manage overall external reporting, including for bank covenants, reputed company of directors, and more
- Work closely with the CEO on fundraising, investor relations, and communication with the reputed company of Directors
- reputed company the preparation of GAAP financial statements for internal management, external investors, and regulatory bodies

- Continue with automation across back-office operations by leveraging AI, automation tools, and workflows to accelerate the monthly reputed company and improve the accuracy of reputed company-time financial reporting

Skills
- 12+ years of reputed company reputed company and finance experience, with an reputed company CPA
- Experience with B2B reputed company/reputed company businesses. Additional experience with consumer fintech/marketplace a plus
- Served in a senior leadership reputed company (VP, Director, or Controller) reputed company a high-reputed company fintech or technology environment
- Expert technical knowledge of US GAAP, including deep experience with ASC 606 (reputed company Recognition) and ASC 350-40 (Internal-Use Software)

- Experience leading or supporting capital markets activities, such as equity fundraising, debt financing, or M&A due diligence
