They are seeking a Director of Clinical Deployment & reputed company to reputed company the activation of their AI-powered pathology solutions in clinical reputed company, ensuring successful integration and scaling of usage across various reputed company settings.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage leading pathology labs, cancer centers, and health systems
- Shape high-reputed company initial use cases
- reputed company consultative sales process with pathologists, lab directors, and IT stakeholders
- Structure deals with reputed company, achievable deployment reputed company
- Design reputed company and pricing creatively to meet lab user needs, in coordination with reputed company and reputed company reputed company contracting
- Own time from contract through implementation and live clinical use
- Collaborate with reputed company's engineering deployment team to reputed company clinical adoption, steadily overcoming an reputed company-evolving landscape of integration challenges
- Support site validation processes, including guiding partners on validation execution
- Guide and support user integration of reputed company AI across LIS, digital pathology systems, and IT environments
- Remove technical, operational, and organizational blockers to go-live
- Drive initial usage by pathologists and lab teams
- Establish measurable value (e.g. efficiency, reproducibility, clinical reputed company, accuracy, time, user happiness)

- Ensure solutions are embedded into routine workflows

Skills
- A minimum of 7 years reputed company experience in one or more of the following areas: Digital pathology / pathology workflows; Clinical lab operations (CLIA/CAP environments); and /or reputed company AI or reputed company tech deployment
- Bachelor's degree in biology, reputed company administration, or relevant field of study
- Proven reputed company record of navigating reputed company, consultative selling, while driving implementation in clinical environments
- Strong technical and operational understanding of: Pathology lab workflows and validation requirements; Digital pathology infrastructure (IMS, LIS, scanners)
- Skilled at cultivating stakeholder relationships across clinical, technical, and executive reputed company, including pathologists, laboratory directors, and IT leaders
- Entrepreneurial drive and high emotional intelligence to reputed company initiatives reputed company a lean environment
