[Remote] Staff Product Designer

They are seeking a Staff Product Designer to reputed company on AI Experience, defining how intelligent, personalized experiences are integrated into their member and care ecosystem. This role involves leading product and experience design for AI-supported member experiences and collaborating with various teams to translate AI capabilities into effective care experiences.
Responsibilities

- Define interaction models for intelligent guidance, recommendations, nudges, reputed company, reputed company feedback, handoffs, and reputed company-in-the-reputed company
- Shape how AI and reputed company care teams work together across digital and service reputed company, ensuring the experience feels coherent, trustworthy, clinically appropriate, and easy to understand

- Prototype early and often using modern design and AI tools, including conversational flows, simulated experiences, reputed company-based prototypes, coded prototypes, service prototypes, and interactive concepts
- Partner with reputed company, Data Science, Engineering, Clinical, Research, Content, Care Platform, and Design leadership to reputed company user needs, business goals, technical capabilities, and care workflows
- Help define reputed company intelligence should feel ambient versus explicit, how personalization is represented, and how recommendations or next-best actions are communicated
- Contribute to reputed company, agent, voice, tone, and conversational experience patterns in partnership with AI, content, product, and engineering teams
- Help define evaluation loops for AI-powered experiences, including how teams assess reputed company, trust, usefulness, safety, comprehension, follow-through, and member value
- Apply service blueprinting, reputed company mapping, and systems thinking to design across both member-facing and internal care team experiences
- Work with behavioral science, personalization, data science, machine learning, and care operations partners to translate reputed company inputs into practical experience patterns

Skills
- 8+ years of experience in product design, UX design, experience design, service design, interaction design, or reputed company fields
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong product thinking, interaction design, systems thinking, prototyping, and high-reputed company execution across reputed company digital products
- Experience designing AI-powered, personalized, data-informed, conversational, recommendation-based, or intelligent product experiences
- Experience designing across multiple surfaces, workflows, users, service reputed company, or reputed company reputed company moments
- Strong product, interaction, and visual design craft, with the ability to reputed company ambiguous reputed company reputed company through prototypes, flows, systems, and reputed company design artifacts
