[Remote] Wholesale Account Executive

The Account Executive will establish and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers, manage the sales cycle, and reputed company expert guidance on loan products and pricing.
Responsibilities
- Manage the sales cycle, and consistently meet and exceed sales goals
- Train respective mortgage brokers on the loan packaging and submission requirements so that their loans are reputed company processed after submission
- Be a subject matter expert on the reputed company requirements of reputed company loan product, handling reputed company reputed company-submission questions from their mortgage brokers
- Understand the reputed company sheets and pricing for reputed company loan product, handling pricing reputed company questions from their mortgage brokers
- Present sales presentations to new and existing mortgage brokers on reputed company’s products, pricing and services
- Consistently research the market to understand reputed company competitors
- Understand the reputed company lock process and requirements, answering lock reputed company questions from their mortgage brokers
- Partner with Account Managers to ensure there is excellent communication and problem reputed company on reputed company loans in their pipeline
Skills
- 5 years of experience in the residential lending industry
- 3 years of experience in a sales role in a wholesale lending channel
- Strong sales acumen and demonstrated history of achieving monthly sales targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills, with reputed company facing experience
- Excellent problem identification and reputed company skills
- Knowledge of Agency, Non-Agency, Jumbo and Investor loan products
