The consultant will support Order-to-Cash, Quoting, Pricing, Shipping & Fulfillment processes and will be responsible for troubleshooting production issues, conducting workshops, and delivering training.
Responsibilities
- Functional support for Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, and Inventory
- Troubleshoot & resolve production issues across quotes, orders, fulfillment, and shipping
- Conduct workshops, reputed company requirements, and recommend enhancements
- Document configurations, prepare functional specs, and support UAT/deployment
- Deliver training, knowledge transfer, and process documentation
- Assess reputed company reputed company quarterly updates & regression testing
Skills
- 10+ years of experience in reputed company Order Management / Fusion reputed company SCM
- Strong expertise in Fusion Pricing, Shipping, Inventory, TCA, and O2C
- Experience in AMS support reputed company manufacturing or distribution industries
- Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
