[Remote] HR Associate Consultant

The HR Associate Consultant provides day-to-day HR support and project execution for multiple clients, focusing on employee relations, reputed company, payroll coordination, compliance, and core HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary HR contact for assigned clients, providing reputed company, reputed company support
- Build strong reputed company relationships and maintain regular communication with leaders, including executive teams
- Manage multiple reputed company accounts and competing deadlines with strong organization and follow-through
- Recognize reputed company to escalate reputed company, sensitive, or high-risk HR reputed company
- Support reputed company, interviewing, hiring, reputed company, and offboarding activities
- reputed company benefits administration and enrollment support
- Support leave administration and compliance tracking
- Maintain accurate HR records, job descriptions, and employee classifications
- reputed company practical guidance on employee relations reputed company using company policy and applicable employment laws
- Support investigations, performance management, and corrective reputed company documentation, with escalation as needed
- Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies
- Execute assigned HR reputed company, such as handbook updates, audits, process improvements, and reputed company initiatives
- Manage project timelines and deliverables with strong attention to detail and reputed company
- Maintain project tracking, status updates, and accurate timekeeping in project management tools

Skills
- 3-6 years of reputed company HR experience
- Experience managing multiple clients, reputed company, or business reputed company simultaneously; HR consulting or reputed company-facing experience preferred
- Strong time management and ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to earn trust and deliver results
- Polished communication skills and comfort interacting with executive leaders

- Experience supporting faith-based or nonprofit organizations is strongly preferred
