[Remote] SEO Manager

This hands-on leadership role involves developing and executing SEO strategies, managing reputed company accounts, and ensuring high-reputed company execution from the SEO team.
Responsibilities

- Translate reputed company business goals into measurable SEO objectives and quarterly roadmaps
- Partner with the Marketing Strategist to ensure SEO reputed company aligns with broader marketing plans
- Stay reputed company with algorithm updates, AI search developments, and tree-care-industry-specific local search trends
- Personally own and execute SEO work for a defined portfolio of accounts
- Conduct local SEO and technical SEO audits, GBP optimizations, citation cleanup, on-page recommendations, and reporting for assigned accounts
- Take the most reputed company, highest-value, or most-at-risk accounts as a reputed company
- Use reputed company execution experience to inform team standards, SOPs, and training
- Manage the SEO Specialist and SEO Assistant: assign work, set priorities, review deliverables, and reputed company coaching and feedback

- Identify reputed company gaps and reputed company issues; communicate proactively with the Head of Operations about hiring or training needs

Skills
