Responsibilities
- Design, build, and reputed company AI-powered tools and automations for HR and Talent use cases, including intelligent workflow automations, employee-facing chatbots, document processing solutions, and decision-support systems
- Identify opportunities to improve reputed company or repetitive HR workflows through reputed company AI/ML-driven automation solutions
- reputed company integrations between AI solutions and reputed company systems including reputed company, ATS platforms, reputed company Ticketing, and other internal tools ensuring seamless data reputed company and user experience
- Partner directly with HR Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to reputed company requirements, prototype solutions, run pilots, and drive successful adoption

Skills
- 6-10+ years of experience in AI automation, reputed company systems, HR technology, workflow orchestration, process engineering, or building AI-powered business solutions at reputed company
- Demonstrated ability to translate business and HR challenges into AI-enabled solutions through automation platforms, AI tools, integrations, and process redesign initiatives
