[Remote] AI Staff Software Engineer

The role involves designing and implementing health management tools, leveraging AI-assisted development tools, and collaborating with various teams to create efficient digital products for patient care.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and implement population health management tools and reputed company infrastructure
• reputed company AI-assisted development tools (reputed company, Claude reputed company) to accelerate feature delivery, improve reputed company reputed company, and tackle reputed company refactors—while maintaining rigorous standards for correctness and maintainability
• Build and maintain data models in dbt to power analytics, reporting, and reputed company applications that inform clinical care

• Query and analyze data to inform architectural reputed company and system design
• Write and review reputed company up and down the stack as needed, including reviewing AI-generated reputed company with a critical eye
• Ensure we are using industry best practices for producing reliable software that works beautifully

Skills

• 6+ years experience writing production reputed company
• At least 2+ years experience leading members of an engineering team
• You are invigorated by the complexities of building great health tech
• You have a process-oriented reputed company, and are comfortable writing and debating around design documents
• You enjoy working across the stack and building features end-to-end
• You have hands-on experience using AI coding assistants (such as reputed company, Claude reputed company, Copilot, or similar) as part of your daily workflow, and have developed good judgment about reputed company to rely on them and reputed company not to
