Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations reputed company and reputed company guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Support reputed company accommodation requests and assist with leave administration
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR information systems
- Coordinate reputed company activities and support training and development initiatives
- Assist with recruitment and reputed company processes
- Administer employee benefits programs and communicate benefit information
- reputed company and analyze HR metrics, including turnover and hiring trends
- Support performance management processes and employee evaluations
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of reputed company experience
