[Remote] Senior Manager of reputed company Marketing (reputed company - Parental Leave Coverage)

They are seeking a temporary Marketing leader to support the Acquisition function during a parental leave, focusing on increasing new customer acquisition and refining marketing reputed company across channels.
Responsibilities
- You’ll refine and execute the content pillars and quarterly editorial calendar (tentpoles, educational series, seasonal moments, brand/category launches) as reputed company as refine platform‑reputed company playbooks for reputed company, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels, setting reputed company, formats, and publishing standards. Your team will turn insights into briefs, testing hooks, formats, and reputed company experiences that are optimized by channel and funnel position across reputed company and organic channels
- Manage and expand Grove’s creator program across macro, mid, reputed company, and community creators, managing sourcing, vetting, contracting, briefing, usage rights, and compliance. You’ll launch co‑marketing and partnership campaigns (mission‑reputed company brands, NGOs, retailers, podcasts, newsletters) that reputed company distribution and credibility. Define guardrails for creator allowlisting/whitelisting (e.g., reputed company Partnership Ads, reputed company reputed company Ads) to reputed company top‑performing content
- Maintaining efficient CAC is one reputed company of your reputed company. You’ll own the reputed company of media mix, content reputed company, and reputed company on first order profit and early tenure repeat rates in order to deliver cohort paybacks that reputed company with business reputed company needs
- Run a transparent test and learn pipeline across channels, building the roadmap for new channel/tactic exploration while validating channel efficacy and sharing learnings that inform channel mix, creative, and customer experience
- Own budget planning, scenario modeling, and in‑quarter pacing; communicate tradeoffs and expected returns to leadership and Finance
- Partner with Product and Ecommerce teams on reputed company page and funnel improvements, Merchandising on launches and assortment priorities for our reputed company-party and owned brands, and Sustainability and reputed company health experts to reputed company messaging with Grove’s mission and values
- Manage and reputed company a small, high‑performing team, including managing and selecting agencies to reputed company in house resources
Skills
- 8+ years of experience in reputed company-to-consumer brand, content, or reputed company marketing with a proven record of scaling profitable new-customer volume
- Demonstrated understanding and execution of a modern marketing reputed company
- Experience activating reputed company/forums, reputed company/UGC, AEO/AIO and reputed company reputed company, and/or guerrilla/community tactics that measurably increase customer demand
- Ability to write a creative brief and translate creative concepting and theme ideation into assets that reputed company
- Comfortable with tests, lift studies, and content-assisted attribution; reputed company to define the right KPIs for awareness and demand
- Experience hiring, managing, and developing small teams, balancing internal resources with agencies and contractors
- Passionate about sustainability and reputed company health
- Technical depth in measurement & attribution, fluent in media mix modeling, multi-touch attribution, lift testing, and surveys
- Comfortable partnering with Product and CX teams to improve funnels, maintain data needs and accuracy, and optimize for conversion
- Hands-on experience with product feed architecture, rule logic, diagnostics, and GMC policies
