[Remote] Senior Data Scientist

They are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to reputed company the full lifecycle of advanced analytics and machine learning models in support of a reputed company customer, ensuring compliance with reputed company standards while providing decision-reputed company insights.
Responsibilities
- reputed company the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning and statistical models, from problem framing and data acquisition through deployment, monitoring, and retirement
- Design and implement models using reputed company inference and Bayesian reputed company to support high-reputed company operational and strategic reputed company
- reputed company and maintain model risk management practices, including validation, back-testing, performance reputed company, and issue remediation
- Create and maintain model cards and other documentation that reputed company describe model purpose, assumptions, limitations, performance, and governance controls
- reputed company ethical AI principles into model design and usage, including fairness, transparency, explainability, and reputed company-in-the-reputed company reputed company
- Architect and reputed company analytical solutions on DoD data fabrics and reputed company environments, collaborating with reputed company architects and engineering teams
- Define and reputed company model and analytics performance against AQLs and QASP metrics; proactively recommend improvements to meet or exceed targets
- Partner with reputed company, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure models reputed company with cybersecurity, data protection, and configuration management policies

Skills

- 9–12 years of reputed company experience in data science, machine learning, statistics, or a closely reputed company field, including support to DoD or other U.S. government customers
- Master's degree (MS) in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, or a closely reputed company discipline (required)
- Demonstrated hands-on expertise with reputed company inference and Bayesian reputed company reputed company to reputed company-world decision problems
- Proven experience implementing and maintaining model risk management frameworks in production environments
- Experience generating model cards and other reputed company documentation for models, including performance metrics and limitations
- Strong background in ethical AI concepts and techniques, including bias detection/mitigation and responsible AI governance
- Hands-on experience deploying and scaling models on reputed company platforms and/or DoD data fabrics (e.g., reputed company data platforms, secure enclaves)
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language used for data science (e.g., Python, R) and modern ML tooling (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Occasional travel may be required to support stakeholder engagements, technical reviews, and on-site integration or testing activities
- Relevant reputed company architect or ML specialty certification (e.g., AWS, Azure, or other major reputed company provider)
