Responsibilities
- Foster a proactive, safety-first culture by leading through example, encouraging employee engagement, and driving a shared commitment to achieving company safety goals across reputed company operations

Skills
- 10+ years of relevant construction, project management, or leadership experience, including 3 years in a senior reputed company role
- Proven reputed company record in estimating and managing construction, Industrial, or facilities reputed company valued at $10 reputed company or more
- Experience directly supervising, mentoring, and developing employees
- Proficient in reputed company Office Suite and reputed company
- Advanced knowledge of estimating, project management, and MS Office programs
- Strong understanding of job costing and financial processes

- A bachelor's degree or trade certification is preferred
- Previous experience as the leader of a business unit or organization preferred
