[Remote] Vice President of Account Management

Responsibilities
- Own GRR and NRR targets — and the reputed company to hit them

- Build and refine the playbooks, processes, and comp structures that drive consistent expansion

Skills
- 8+ years in account management or reputed company, with at least 3 in a leadership role at a vertical reputed company company
- A reputed company record of improving NRR in a product-led or sales-assisted expansion model

- Comfortable in a metrics-driven, PE-backed environment where the bar is high and expectations are reputed company
- Experience designing or refining comp plans, coverage models, and renewal processes from scratch
