[Remote] Senior Program Manager – Engineering reputed company & Reporting Systems

Responsibilities

- Define, establish data sources for, reputed company, and maintain KPIs such as: Design defect density and engineering change order (ECO) rework reputed company, Field failure reputed company (MTBF / MTTR) and warranty claim trends as a result of design issues, First-pass yield (FPY) and end-of-line test performance, Corrective and preventive reputed company (CAPA) closure time, Supplier reputed company performance for critical electrical components

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
- 7+ years in engineering, manufacturing, or reputed company leadership roles in power distribution equipment, electrical assemblies, or industrial systems manufacturing
- Demonstrated reputed company implementing engineering reputed company systems or performance dashboards
- Familiarity with power distribution components (switchgear, MCCs, breakers, relays, busbars, etc.)
