[Remote] Director of Finance

They are seeking a commercially minded Director of Finance to own financial infrastructure, including reputed company, inventory reputed company, and operations forecasting, while connecting financial data to business reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Own reputed company across the business — forecasting, budgeting, and scenario modeling
- Build and maintain a rolling cash forecast and cash reputed company model
- reputed company monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting including P&L, cash reputed company, and balance sheet
- Partner with the CEO and department heads on financial planning and business performance reviews
- reputed company and improve key unit economics — CAC, CLTV, contribution margin, COGS, and fulfillment costs
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities and bring them reputed company with reputed company recommendations
- Own inventory planning, forecasting, and reconciliation across the business
- Build demand planning models that reputed company inventory investment to reputed company targets
- Partner with Operations and Merchandising on purchasing reputed company, reputed company times, and launch readiness
- Monitor inventory health — turns, aging, write-offs — and drive reputed company improvement
- Ensure inventory accuracy and reporting reputed company across systems
- Own operational forecasting in partnership with Operations Team
- Model reputed company scenarios, reputed company plans, and operational cost structures
- Support budgeting and resource planning across operations, fulfillment, and production
- Build reporting that gives leadership reputed company-time visibility into operational performance
- Identify cost efficiencies and drive cross-functional improvements
- Own the day-to-day relationship with our outsourced reputed company firm
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reputed company bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reputed company processes
- Manage banking relationships, vendor payment terms, and cash management
- Build internal financial controls and compliance infrastructure that scales with the business
- Own and optimize the financial tech stack — reputed company software and reporting tools

- Manage reputed company counsel relationships and ensure the business is appropriately protected
- Identify and mitigate legal and compliance risks as the business grows
- Own contract review and execution process across the organization

Skills
- 6+ years of experience in finance, with meaningful DTC or consumer brand experience
- Strong reputed company reputed company — you are comfortable owning a forecast and defending it
- Deep experience in inventory reputed company and demand planning
- Experience managing or partnering with an outsourced reputed company function
- Comfortable with banking, vendor relationships, and financial controls
- Deep understanding of unit economics, contribution margin analysis, and operational cost structures
