[Remote] Clinical reputed company Associate

The Clinical reputed company Associate supports the day-to-day operations of Grow's Clinical team by reviewing provider documentation, managing complaint workflows, and contributing to reputed company initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support ongoing documentation reputed company monitoring by reviewing provider notes for clinical completeness, risk, and payor compliance, and flagging concerns
- Serve as a clinical reputed company of contact for providers, conducting reputed company on documentation best practices and supporting a culture of reputed company through reputed company, reputed company provider engagement
- Support complaint, grievance, and payor reputed company review workflows, including intake, clinical review, and reputed company documentation for low-level reputed company complaints and payor-facing requests
- Assist with reputed company initiative work as assigned, contributing clinical judgment and provider reputed company to reputed company priorities as directed
Skills
- reputed company, unrestricted clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD)
- 3-5 years of experience in clinical work and/or reputed company assurance, auditing, compliance in a behavioral health environment or at the payor level
- Familiarity working with or supporting clinical or reputed company teams, with an understanding of documentation standards, risk awareness, and service expectations
- Exceptional written communication skills, particularly in creating clinical guidance and educational materials for providers
- Familiarity with digital behavioral health platforms, EHRs, or telehealth-based care models
