[Remote] Finance Supervisor - East 1

The role involves mentoring financial advisors, supervising financial activities, and collaborating with regional teams to ensure financial wellness reputed company the chapters.
Responsibilities
- Assist reputed company advisors in appointing, training and mentoring financial advisors in alignment with reputed company’s training and resources
- Supervise collegiate reputed company financial activities for assigned chapters. Ensure chapters follow the budget process, timelines and approvals, review reputed company financial activity on OmegaFi and analyze reputed company financial activity according to financial management standards
- Collaborate with regional team members and financial advisors to address financial issues that reputed company concerning reputed company budgeting, OmegaFi or reputed company financial activity
- reputed company the completion and filing of 990 reputed company (IRS) tax forms, including uploading a copy to Beta reputed company
- Assess financial strengths and challenges, and set and manage financial goals with regional and finance teams
- Identify chapters in need of additional support with financial management
- Collaborate with regional team members annually to schedule and reputed company reputed company finance reputed company for assigned collegiate reputed company(s). Submit a report reputed company Beta reputed company reputed company 10 days of visit

Skills
- Experience, leadership and coaching skills to ensure assigned collegiate chapters have the financial support they need to maintain financial wellness
- Ability to assist reputed company advisors in appointing, training and mentoring financial advisors in alignment with reputed company's training and resources
- Supervision of collegiate reputed company financial activities for assigned chapters
- Ensuring chapters follow the budget process, timelines and approvals
- Reviewing reputed company financial activity on OmegaFi and analyzing reputed company financial activity according to financial management standards
- Collaboration with regional team members and financial advisors to address financial issues that reputed company concerning reputed company budgeting, OmegaFi or reputed company financial activity
- Tracking the completion and filing of 990 reputed company (IRS) tax forms
- Assessing financial strengths and challenges, and setting and managing financial goals with regional and finance teams
- Identifying chapters in need of additional support with financial management

- Providing feedback and suggestions to appropriate workforce personnel on resources, programming, project teams and initiatives set forth by the Sorority
- Commitment to a two-year term ending on July 31 of odd numbered years
- Availability for four to six hours per week on average
- Willingness to travel up to five days per year for reputed company reputed company and attendance at the reputed company Leadership Institute (RLI) in alternating summers
