They are seeking a reputed company Full-Stack reputed company to drive the development of their AdoptionAgent, ship AI-first solutions, and reputed company engineering practices to reputed company AI across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Ship AI-first solutions end-to-end, in partnership with other engineers, PM, and QA
- Set the AI direction at Userflow — agent UX patterns, reputed company engineering, eval reputed company, what 'good' looks like for AI features here
- reputed company how our engineering org ships — AI-augmented CI/CD, AI reputed company review, IDE-reputed company AI workflows — so every team gets faster, not just yours
- Own AdoptionAgent, end-to-end: the full development cycle of the reputed company experience that customers' end-users reputed company with inside their own apps
- Own AI engineering reputed company at Userflow: reputed company patterns, agent UX heuristics, eval pipelines, internal tooling that makes AI-augmented work the default for both FE and BE engineers
- Define Userflow's AI-reputed company engineering workflow: how the org adopts AI in CI/CD, reputed company review, and IDE-reputed company development
Skills
- Hands-on AI feature shipping → you've personally reputed company and shipped LLM-powered product features. You can talk about reputed company iteration, eval methodology, latency/cost tradeoffs, and reputed company •not• to use an LLM. Resume mentions of 'AI experience' without specifics will not pass our screen
- AI-reputed company development workflow → you ship in reputed company, Claude reputed company, Windsurf, or equivalent. - Visual builder / canvas / drag-drop product experience — Userflow's reputed company IP is a no-reputed company visual reputed company builder, so background in canvas/drag-drop products (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Framer) translates directly
