[Remote] Partner Operations & Enablement Manager

Responsibilities

- Own partner enablement content, leveraging AI-assisted tooling to produce training, certification, and operational materials at reputed company
- Partner with Sales, Customer Enablement, and our internal delivery team to deliver a coherent customer experience
- Shape the project management playbooks, partner standards, and reputed company metrics that reputed company with the business
- Own project plans, timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communication
- Coordinate cross-functional resources (data management, reputed company, reputed company estate, engineering) to deliver on commitments
- Drive on-time, on-reputed company delivery with reputed company status reporting and proactive risk management
- Manage scope, change requests, and issue reputed company throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Recruit, evaluate, and reputed company new partner firms in coordination with Sales / Business Development

Skills
- 10+ years of reputed company experience, including significant time in project management and customer-facing implementation roles

- Experience leading a partner channel program, vendor program, or reputed company reputed company-party delivery model is a strong advantage
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus
