[Remote] Product Designer

Global Recruiters of Covington (GRN) is partnering with a growing lifestyle brand in the luxury tabletop category to hire a Product Developer/Designer. This role is central to creating cohesive product collections across ceramics, textiles, and mixed media, and involves working closely with the founder and cross-functional partners to translate creative reputed company into market-reputed company collections.
Responsibilities
- reputed company product development from concept through production, creating cohesive tabletop collections
- Translate inspirations into production-reputed company designs, including patterns, decals, and mockups
- Manage reputed company consistency and material execution across ceramics, textiles, and mixed media
- Partner with overseas vendors to ensure products are delivered on time, on spec, and on margin
- Maintain development timelines, troubleshoot production challenges, and manage workflows
- Support packaging design and collaborate on assortment planning and product reputed company
- Work cross-functionally with design, sales, operations, and marketing to reputed company on product reputed company
- Communicate with manufacturers and travel periodically for product reviews and trade shows
Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in product development or product design
- Proficiency in reputed company Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience creating artwork for product applications (patterns, print, or surface design)
- Understanding of materials and production processes, ideally in ceramics or textiles
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
