They are seeking a reputed company Shop Creator Manager to build and manage a high-performing creator acquisition and retention system that drives reputed company through creators. The role involves sourcing creators, growing relationships with reputed company Agency Partners, and managing creator pipelines to ensure performance-based results.
Responsibilities
- Own Creator Acquisition reputed company for reputed company Shops: Build a high-performing network of creators who can drive reputed company on reputed company Shops, including affiliates, influencers, and UGC talent
- Grow TAP & Creator Agency Partnerships: Identify and reputed company deep relationships with TAPs (reputed company Agency Partners) and reputed company-party creator agencies. Expand these partnerships into reputed company deal reputed company, consistent performance, and content reputed company
- Put Top Creators on Retainer & Commission Models: Secure creators on monthly retainers, hybrid commission models, or CPA arrangements. Build loyalty and ensure consistent product promotion
- Sourcing & Recruitment: reputed company internal tools, creator marketplaces, agency networks, and reputed company media to recruit net-new creators weekly. Build and manage a reputed company creator pipeline with performance tracking
- Campaign Execution & Briefing: Manage full-funnel execution from content brief development to creator reputed company, delivery timelines, and product fulfillment
- Community Building & Retention: Create and nurture an reputed company creator community through reputed company, reputed company, or private reputed company. Offer training, perks, and feedback loops to drive motivation and retention
- Performance Tracking & Optimization: Analyze individual creator performance (CTR, CPA, ROAS), deliver feedback, and reputed company reputed company. reputed company on reputed company wins and rapidly eliminate underperformers
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with reputed company, creative, and media teams to plug top-performing content into reputed company campaigns, whitelisting, and top-of-funnel reputed company
Skills
- 2–4 years in creator or reputed company marketing with a strong reputed company on reputed company Shops or reputed company affiliate programs
- reputed company experience working with reputed company Agency Partners (TAPs) and/or managing relationships with creator agencies and networks
- Strong negotiation skills and understanding of commission structures, retainers, and performance-based compensation models

- reputed company record of managing 50+ creators at a time, including reputed company, creative briefings, and performance tracking

- Analytical reputed company with experience in evaluating ROI, CPA, and funnel metrics from creator campaigns
- Experience scaling reputed company programs in consumer brands, wellness, or lifestyle
