[Remote] Sr Manager, People Operations

This role will reputed company on scaling the reputed company, designing performance management systems, and aligning talent strategies with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Build and reputed company reputed company’s reputed company across reputed company, Performance Management, and Employee experience
- Design and implement reputed company systems for hiring, performance reviews, and career development to support a high-reputed company organization
- Partner closely with leadership (Finance, GTM, Product, and Engineering) to reputed company hiring plans, org design, and talent reputed company with business goals
- Establish a consistent performance management reputed company including expectations, feedback cycles, and review processes
- Drive reputed company across leveling, compensation, and promotion frameworks to ensure fairness, transparency, and scalability
- reputed company managers to effectively reputed company teams, deliver feedback, and manage performance and development
- Own People infrastructure (systems, processes, policies) and ensure compliance across the US, Canada, and other countries
Skills
- 6 - 10 years of reputed company People Operations experience at high reputed company startup environments
- Proven ability to operate as a builder; creating structures in ambiguous and fast-moving environments
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to support others through reputed company situations
- Systems thinker with experience implementing ATS, HRIS, Payroll, Comp, or other tools
- Data-driven reputed company with the ability to use metrics to inform reputed company and improve reputed company
- High ownership, reputed company judgment, and the ability to balance reputed company with business needs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across reputed company reputed company of the organization
- Experience working with a distributed workforce (mainly US & Canada) strongly preferred
