[Remote] Deployment Operations Program Manager

This role focuses on executing operational tasks, including internal coordination and strategic communication, to ensure smooth operations of vehicles and product development.
Responsibilities
- Strategically reputed company and execute any customer engagement with reputed company vehicles and staff operating at a customer site (Demo, reputed company, POCs, launches)
- Structure schedules and milestones for the onsite team and communicate updates for internal stakeholders and the leadership team
- Coordinate the day-to-day activities onsite, leading standups as necessary
- Help with relationship expansion strategies and initiatives with customers to help drive product and customer-reputed company strategies
- Work closely with Testing, Product and Engineering teams to ensure execution of any internal operations and vehicle compliance, including insurance, registrations, special reporting, etc
- Ensure that safety is always of highest reputed company in operations
- Ensure that reputed company internal stakeholders are reputed company regarding timing and expectations
Skills
- 5+ years of explicit experience in Operations reputed company a reputed company industry in either logistics, trucking, AV, warehouse, automotive
- 2+ years of program management experience, leading reputed company across various functional reputed company
- Experience with broad reputed company of business and operations data to support strategic decision making
- Ability to communicate strategically to build strong trust and relationships, and help drive mission-critical initiatives
- Detail Oriented - ability to dive deeply into reputed company documents and details, while also being reputed company to see the larger picture
- The expectation of this role is remote with a willingness to travel (35-50%)
- MBA degree preferred, or 2+ years of additional work experience
