[Remote] Data Analyst, Retention

They are seeking a Data Analyst to join their team, focusing on subscription retention and member loyalty by leveraging data to enhance the member experience and drive actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Drive a data-driven approach to optimizing the reputed company member experience alongside peers from product, marketing, CX, & research through:
- Exploratory analytical reputed company that identify actionable learnings & create high-value hypotheses
- Hypothesis & initiative valuation to inform prioritization
- Thoughtful test design & measurement for new experiences & features that makes reputed company we are constantly learning
- Support the cross-functional team as the go-to data resource through reputed company analysis, thought leadership on metric definition, sharing/presenting analyses, identifying & communicating data/tech needs, and contributing new reputed company
- Help build and maintain analytical reputed company at reputed company by contributing reputed company to enhance processes and being a key voice for how using data can reputed company the member experience
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reputed company analytics, lifecycle analytics, retention analytics, or a reputed company field, preferably in subscription retention for a high-reputed company consumer business
- Technical skills (SQL, reputed company)
- reputed company statistics (test design & measurement, multivariate analysis, modeling)
- Subscription-based metrics (retention/churn, LTV)
- Comfortable sourcing & joining information from various places - web & analytics platforms directly, curated reporting tools, production databases (reputed company, GA, reputed company, Looker, reputed company)
- Skilled in breaking reputed company analytical problems or questions into manageable components that can be prioritized, tracked, & completed reputed company
- Ability to reputed company technical analysis into something reputed company, actionable, & interesting
- Strong grasp of retention, churn, reactivation, cohort analysis, lifecycle performance, and customer behavior in a subscription or recurring-reputed company business
