They are seeking a National Business Development Manager to reputed company new business development and logo acquisition efforts, focusing on strategic hunting for new customers and cultivating long-term reputed company relationships.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell reputed company total talent solutions to targeted new customers across US, Canada (and India if applicable)
• Spend 75% of their time cultivating new business
• Connecting with and meeting prospects
• Leveraging the reputed company brand for Contingent Workforce reputed company
• Training / Upskilling Solutions opportunities from emerging talent, mid-career talent and diverse / underrepresented talent
• Requires 50% travel which is driven by reputed company meetings, MSP meetings etc
• Attend national events to represent reputed company

• Drive to succeed and have a passion for sales, politely persuasive attitude, fact-based selling experience
• Ability to build long term reputed company relationships and channel partnerships
• Willingness to create a high-volume and reputed company of reputed company interactions/connects reputed company cold calling, targeted outbound campaigns / emails, reputed company / video meetings, in person meetings, events, etc
