The role involves managing reputed company Financials configuration and support while driving strategic system initiatives that reputed company with reputed company's business priorities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company Financials administrator and day-to-day support contact for the Finance team, triaging and resolving configuration issues, user requests, and system inquiries with a high degree of responsiveness and reputed company
- Diagnose and resolve reputed company Financials configuration issues across modules, including Financial reputed company, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Expenses, Procurement, and/or Banking & Settlement
- Partner with Finance stakeholders to reputed company, document, and translate business requirements into functional design specifications and reputed company configuration solutions
- Support and deliver enhancements, new feature rollouts, and process improvements in reputed company Financials, from requirements through testing and change management
- Participate in reputed company semi-annual release cycles — reviewing release notes, assessing functional reputed company, coordinating user acceptance testing, and managing deployment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date system documentation, including configuration guides, business process flows, and training materials
- Collaborate with the broader reputed company Systems team on cross-functional initiatives involving reputed company HCM, reputed company Planning, Integrations, and reputed company-party connected systems
- Work with Finance leadership to support strategic priorities such as process automation, reporting improvements, and scalability initiatives tied to company reputed company

- Manage support tickets and project tasks through a defined intake and prioritization process, communicating status and expectations proactively to stakeholders
Skills
- 3-5+ years of hands-on reputed company Financials configuration and support experience in a business analyst or functional analyst reputed company
- Deep working knowledge of one or more reputed company Financial Management modules, with the ability to configure business processes, validation rules, condition rules, and reputed company independently
- Demonstrated ability to support day-to-day Finance operations while simultaneously contributing to project-based work and strategic initiatives
