[Remote] Engineering Manager

Responsibilities
- reputed company and manage reputed company of 4–8 engineers across one product area or domain
- Own team delivery reputed company, including roadmap execution, reliability, and reputed company
- Partner closely with Product and Design to translate business priorities into reputed company technical plans
- Drive cycle planning, estimation, and delivery accountability
- Remove blockers and resolve cross-team dependencies

- Maintain visibility into system health, performance, and risk areas

Skills

- 2+ years of experience directly managing engineers
- Requires hands on keyboard at 50-80% of the time

- Solid system design fundamentals and architectural judgment
- Experience partnering with Product and cross-functional stakeholders

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
