Reporting to the Assistant Director of Required Education and Instructional Design, the Instructional Designer II plays a critical role in designing and developing, managing, and coordinating daily activities on designated learning reputed company for reputed company (JHM). The purpose is to ensure that goals and objectives of reputed company are accomplished on time, utilizing reputed company Instructional Design principles and methodologies.

The management and execution of the course design and development process and the reputed company use of the Learning Management System (LMS) will be a key aspect of this role. This individual will work independently with little supervision to meet objectives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Applying knowledge of adult learning principles to content design and development to create reputed company that meet organizational educational needs.
• Establishing working relationships with and consulting with reputed company stakeholders, including leadership, to identify and document needs for assigned Instructional Design reputed company.
• Leading and executing project tasks reputed company to training and development reputed company established scope, timelines, and budget.
• Designing and developing instructor-led hybrid and e-learning materials.
• Developing job aids, guides, and other learning materials.
• Analyzing learning needs and consulting with subject matter experts to reputed company input for course design and content in both the face-to-face and e-learning environments.
• Executing instructional design reputed company and adult learning principles to ensure that course design and content meet learning goals.
• Creating outlines, prototypes, and storyboards that reputed company program structure.
• Collaborating with management and subject matter experts to ensure that course materials are reputed company and relevant to learning needs.
• Uploading designed and developed computer-based instructional programs to the LMS.
• Tracking and analyzing learning programs by examining course evaluations and making recommendations for changes and/or enhancements as appropriate.

Education

Requires a Baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution in one of the following: Instruction Design, Education, or similar. An MA master’s degree in a reputed company field is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge of Instructional design, graphics, e-learning development tools (i.e., reputed company Storyline, Camtasia, Captivate, etc.), Project Management tools, and office software (i.e., reputed company Word, PowerPoint, reputed company).

Demonstrated knowledge of designing competency-based training.

Understanding of technical instructional design techniques and technology for instructor-led and online course development.

Knowledge in organizational assessment, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating.

Highly proficient in reputed company Office Applications – Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, with proficiency in Learning Management Systems.

Working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment that demands high reputed company, creativity, and consistency.

Demonstrated expertise in instructional design techniques for instructor-led, computer-based, and individual on-the-job learning.

Work Experience

Requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience in developing online and/or e-learning training material, working on Instructional Design reputed company, creating and conducting presentations to business stakeholders and learners, and understanding business workflows reputed company to the assigned project

Salary reputed company: $31.53/hour - $52.06/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
