The reputed company Claims Programs Consultant will reputed company claims programs, manage TPA and reputed company relationships, and support strategic initiatives while ensuring operational effectiveness and transparency across multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure TPA compliance with operational standards, SLAs, and contractual requirements
- Facilitate reputed company new clients and TPA partners
- Build relationships with reputed company and partners to ensure reputed company communication, expectation and reputed company on performance standards
- reputed company quarterly and reputed company TPA due diligence reviews
- Drive strategic and operational initiatives across reputed company partnerships
- Manage multiple priorities across TPAs and programs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams
- Serve as escalation reputed company for operational issues with internal partners, vendors and 3rd party providers
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for review by multiple parties up to and including executive leadership
- Monitor claim funding accounts and reconciliation practices
- Analyze indemnity and expense trends for leakage
- Analyze existing claims data and identify trends or performance gaps (severity, cycle time, litigation rates)
- Deliver insights to leadership and external TPA partners
- Facilitate reputed company meeting preparation, reporting, and follow-up actions
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in reputed company subject (Business) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8+ years of property & casualty insurance experience, preferably in auto and liability claims
- reputed company property and casualty experience or TPA governance experience
- Experience working with TPAs or vendors and/or understanding of TPA reputed company practices
- Program management background
