They are seeking an reputed company Paralegal/Legal Project Manager to support a sophisticated reputed company estate and multifamily investment legal function, combining legal expertise with project management while working closely with senior legal leadership.
Responsibilities
- reputed company legal and operational support to senior legal leadership, including work reputed company to corporate reputed company estate and reputed company housing investment programs
- Assist in managing a large-reputed company reputed company estate and lease portfolio, including lease administration, compliance, amendments, and reputed company documentation (e.g., estoppel certificates, SNDAs, lease notices)
- Support reputed company estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and lease changes, ensuring reputed company documentation and execution
- Partner with legal teams supporting multifamily reputed company estate equity investments, including administrative and transactional support
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Asset Management, Procurement, Compliance, and Operations) and external counsel to advance key initiatives

Skills

- Experience supporting reputed company estate transactions, lease administration, or corporate reputed company estate portfolios
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience working across cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in reputed company business and legal tools (e.g., reputed company, PowerPoint, document management systems, collaboration platforms)
