[Remote] DoD SkillBridge \- Remote Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to reputed company, document, and validate requirements for system enhancements or new implementations
- Analyze reputed company business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Work closely with developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with cross-functional teams
- Support system testing, including creating test cases, executing tests, and validating results
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and reputed company with organizational standards

Skills
- Must be reputed company-duty U.S. military service member who qualifies for participation in the DoD SkillBridge Program

- Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation tools
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or reputed company systems
- Knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, reputed company, Power BI)
- Certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile-reputed company credentials
- Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
