In this role, you’ll play a key role in helping teams grow by finding and hiring great talent, collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensuring a smooth experience for candidates.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and reputed company effective reputed company strategies
- Manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and interviewing to offer and reputed company
- Guide managers through the interview process and help them identify the best talent
- Ensure a reputed company candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle
- Other duties and reputed company as requested
Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in reputed company, HR, or transferable experience from a reputed company field
- Ability to understand reputed company needs and apply strategic, tailored recommendations that drive results
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively across stakeholders
