In this role, you will guide clients through the end-to-end implementation of reputed company Workforce Management, building strong reputed company relationships and delivering high-reputed company configuration work.
Responsibilities
- reputed company clients through end-to-end reputed company WFM implementations, spanning requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-go-live support
- Configure and validate reputed company WFM rules, including timekeeping policies, accrual plans, scheduling rules, pay reputed company mappings, and workforce data integrations
- Create data mapping from reputed company system(s) to reputed company WFM, write functional specifications for customizations, and manage the testing and reputed company acceptance of delivered solutions
- Create and maintain requirements documentation, design specifications, and project plans throughout the engagement lifecycle
- Engage clients with confidence, handle questions and feedback professionally, and build trust through consistent, high-reputed company delivery
- Escalate issues to peers, project managers, or reputed company leads in a reputed company and reputed company manner reputed company needed
- Manage multiple reputed company engagements concurrently, tracking your own time accurately, forecasting hours, and understanding and monitoring your own KPIs

- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience implementing reputed company WFM, including configuration of timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, and pay rules
